This notice covers hinoko.app and its waiting list. Hinoko is responsible for the information described here, and you can reach us at hello@hinoko.app.
What we collect
When you join the waiting list: your email address and the time you signed up.
If you choose to answer the follow-up questions: what you trade, how you trade and which broker you use. These are optional.
Nothing else. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and the server keeps no record of your visits.
Why
To email you when there is a seat for you in Hinoko's early access, and to decide which markets and brokers to support first. We use it for nothing else, and we rely on your consent, which you give by joining and can withdraw at any time.
Where it is kept
On Hinoko's own server, rented from Spaceship, Inc. and located in the United States, so your information is stored outside the EU. Copies are kept for backup, by the server provider and by Hinoko. Our email is hosted by Spaceship as well.
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.
How long
Until you are invited into Hinoko or ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Backup copies are deleted within 30 days after that.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or leave the list, by writing to hello@hinoko.app. If you think we have handled your information wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
